IR Action Policy

CYBERNET SYSTEMS CO.,LTD., ("the Company") shall implement IR activities based on the following action policy to establish a lasting relationship of mutual trust with shareholders and other investors and to maximize corporate value:

Aim at open IR
The Company shall fulfill its responsibility to provide explanations to shareholders and other investors via honest and fair information disclosure and emphasize bidirectional communication with shareholders and other investors.

Implement proactive IR activities
We shall expand IR activities to meet shareholders' and other investors' needs resulting in an increasing number of people knowing and better understanding the Company.

Expand company-wide integrated IR activities
We shall conduct company-wide integrated IR activities under the executives' leadership.
