The web conferencing tool, for example, allows engineers to simultaneously run design reviews in different locations while the security tool helps users protect their PCs from information leakage and unauthorized access. By providing users with educational programs with these focuses, we would like to help manufactures realize virtual engineering in full scale.

Thanks to our customers’ ongoing support, CYBERNET SYSTEMS listed its stocks on JASDAQ in October 2001, subsequently on the Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) in August 2003, and finally on the First Section of TSE in September 2004. Also, we have been reinforcing our business framework with the group strategy. We acquired KGT Inc. in Japan while establishing CCA ENGINEERING SIMULATION SOFTWARE (Shanghai) CO., LTD. and CYBERNET CAE SYSTEMS(Shanghai) CO., LTD. in China, CYBERNET SYSTEMS TAIWAN CO., LTD. in Taiwan, Sigmetrix, L.L.C. in U.S.A and Maplesoft in Canada.
